Greetings Visitor !

It is a beautiful sunny (but cold) day here in the Pacific Northwest. I am looking forward to spring, although I am reading that Punxsutawney Phil says we are in for more winter weather. Good thing my office is warm and has plenty of coffee ;)

New Facebook Component

Need to be on Facebook, or need a Facebook Page update ?

The Facebook componet we use with our Joomla! web site offers the option of showing one page to your "friends" and another to the general public. The component supports additional Joomla! options such as the slideshow portfolio module you see on our Facebook page. These pages are manged from the administrator control panel of your Joomla! web site and can be updated as often as you wish, just like an article from within Joomla!


We have been working with the ACYMailing component to send email newsletters. A few of our clients have been using newsletters as a way to connect with their clients regulary. Regardless if you have 100 or 10,000 newsletter recipients, we can find the best solution for you.

Joomla! 2.5 is here

We have converted a handful of Joomla! 1.5 sites to Joomla! 2.5 and so far it has gone fairly well. Should you convert your site ? Security releases for Joomla! 1.5 will no longer be available by the Joomla! project after April 2012. With so many sites worldwide using 1.5, I imagine independant users will jump in and offer security solutions as needed. Many third party components are still developing versions for Joomla! 2.5, so your upgrade may be dependant on a component release from a third party solution your web site may rely on. Contact us to get a recommendation on how you may want to proceed with your Joomla! web site.

Support Tickets

We will be using our automated Support Ticket System more this year. It will keep tasks more organized and prevent support requests from being overlooked. You can make support requests here. We may also convert your email requests into a support ticket(s) so that progress can be tracked more efficiently. If you like the support ticket system you can begin using it right away, or you can continue to email your requests.
